About Us
Villa Caesarea is privately owned. We purchased Villa Caesarea in 2002 after spending several years visiting Portugal looking for a villa like this one. After collecting its door keys, the whole villa was completely refurbished; not only redecorating both its interior and exterior, but also installing new furniture and several modern conveniences (such as air conditioning and a number of new appliances).
We use the villa as a family several times a year and take care of it just as anyone would with their own home, so everything works’ and its appearance is always kept clean and tidy. When we are not occupying Villa Caesarea, we offer it for rental on a limited basis to cover some of its annual operating costs. We receive help from the Carvoeiro Clube Property Management company keeping Villa Caesarea in such good condition. They are the largest and most professional property management company in the Algarve with extensive experience of managing luxury villas. They are also an excellent holiday representative to have available should clients want to use their services.
